What we offer

Four programs, one guiding belief: everyone deserves a next step.

Choose a service to learn more. Every plan is built around the person — not the diagnosis.

Individualized Support

Individualized Support

  • College, career & employment planning
  • Transition from high school to adulthood
  • Executive functioning & self-advocacy

The approach

Meaningful outcomes, built one step at a time.

Dr. Pallisco brings more than a decade of special education, transition planning, and employment coaching into a practice built on dignity, evidence, and lifelong inclusion. Every engagement is individualized — because no two journeys into adulthood look the same.

01

Person-first, always

Every plan starts with the individual — their strengths, interests, sensory needs, and goals. Support is designed around the person, never squeezed into a program.

02

Rooted in research

Grounded in doctoral work in educational leadership, autism research, and the Greenwood System™ — evidence-based practice guides every recommendation and milestone.

03

Bridging to adulthood

Specialized in the transition from high school into college, career, and independent living — the exact stretch of life where families most need a steady, expert partner.

04

Community & belonging

Real independence includes real relationships. Support extends beyond sessions into community outings, employers, and social spaces where confidence is built.
